About Us

The Natural Life Store, Inc. is owned by Alicia Engstrom of Dunnell, Minnesota.  Alicia and her husband, Tad, are cloth-diapering their son, Isaak, and have had a positive experience since they have been doing so. In September of 2007, Alicia purchased the business from Kristine Higginbotham, founder of the Natural Life Store, Inc.

We offer one-on-one consultations to help educate new parents about the importance of cloth diapering both for the environment and the health of your baby.  Not to mention it will save you a ton of money.

We also do several local shows every year so check our calender if you would like to visit us at one!

We have a small store set up in our home for local customers to shop at so if you are in our area, just make an appointment.

We accept payments through Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover as well as through Paypal. 

Shipping

Most orders are shipped via USPS and all items in stock are shipped within four business days unless otherwise noted.  Some items may be shipped via Fed Ex.  All orders $0 - $79.99 are subject to a $6.00 shipping charge unless otherwise noted. All orders $80.00 and over have FREE shipping charges.

Returns:

All items must be returned within 15 days.  They must be unused and unwashed.  We reserve the right to refuse any returns we feel have been used.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. There are some items that are considered final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.

We collect no information on consumers who browse our website.

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this website.  We only have access to collect information that you voluntarily give us via e-mail, submission of website order or other direct contact from you.  We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. 

We will use your information to respond to you regarding the reason you contacted us or if we have a question in regards to the order you placed on our website.  We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.

You may notify us at any time to remove your contact information from our database or express any concerns you may have about your personal information. 

We take precautions to protect your information.  When you submit sensitive information via the website your information is protected both online and offline. 

Where we collect sensitive information, such as credit card data, that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way.  You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon both at the top of the billing information page and also near your web browser.  You can also look for https at the beginning of the address of the billing information page. 

While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online we also protect your information offline.  Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (example:  billing or customer service) are granted access to your billing information.  The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
